In 1997
In January 1997, we started our business with more than ten years of hard work by leasing chicken house, hatchery, feed plant and feather powder factory in Gaduihou Village, Dayao Town, Muping District, Yantai.

In 2001
On June 14, 2001, Yantai Xiantan Breeding Co., LTD was established, marking that the company officially entered into large-scale standardized operation.

In 2002
In August 2002, a breeding chicken farm and a hatchery were constructed and put into operation in July and August 2003 respectively, and marking the gradual formation of the company's breeding industry chain.

In August 2003, a breeding hens farm was built, and was completed and put into operation in June 2004, with breeding stock about 38,000 sets (set refers to the ratio of rooster to hen. The normal ratio is 100 hens to 15 roosters), indicating that the company had begun to take shape, and had produced good economic and social benefits.

On June 29, 2004 , we officially renamed Yantai Xiantan Industrial Co., LTD.

In 2005
In March 2005, the construction of a chick breeding farm, breeding capacity of 80,000 sets (set refers to the ratio of rooster to hen. The normal ratio is 100 hens to 15 roosters), put into operation in August of the same year. Since then, the company has its own chick breeding farm.
In April and May 2005, two breeding hens farms were built, and were completed and put into operation in September and December of the same year, with breeding capacity of 56,000 sets and 38,000 sets respectively (set refers to the ratio of rooster to hen. The normal ratio is 100 hens to 15 roosters). The continuous development and expansion of the company's breeding hens laid the foundation of self-sufficiency for the subsequent industrial chain.
In June 2005, a feed factory with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons was built (named No. 2 Feed Factory), which was completed and put into operation in October of the same year, fully realizing feed self-sufficiency in the breeding process and laying a foundation for food safety production.
In July 2005, acquired the original Muping foreign trade one-stop enterprise. Shandong Xiantan Food Co., Ltd. was established on September 9, 2005, which marked the company's realization of integrated slaughter and processing production.
On September 20, 2005, the company was officially renamed Shandong Xiantan Industrial Co., LTD./p>

Yantai Xiantan Grease Co., Ltd. was established on September 25, 2006, which complete mode exploration for the company's diversified development.

In 2007
On September 4, 2007, the company officially changed its name to Shandong Xiantan Group Co., LTD., marking the company's official collectivization management. So far, the group has set up breeding poultry company, feed company, chicken company, Xiantan food company and other branch companies, and the development pattern has been formed.

In January 2008, the construction of Xiantan Food (No. 2 Food Company) and Feed Plant (No. 3Feed Company) began. By the end of the year, they were put into operation successively, which opened the prelude to the great construction and development of the company.

On January 25, 2011, the company was officially renamed Shandong Xiantan Co., Ltd, which completed the restructuring and prepared for IPO.

In March 2012, began the main fundraising project of IPO (No. 3 Food Company), which was officially put into production in November 2013.
On May 16, 2012, The IPO of Xiantan Shares was unconditionally approved by The China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Shandong Xiantanhong Food Co., Ltd. was established on April 3, 2014, which be put into production in December 2016, marking the company's official entry into prepared dishes sector and further extension of the industrial chain.

On February 16, 2015, the company was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange and officially listed in A-share capital market. (Stock code :002746)
Shandong Xiantanxian Food Co., Ltd. was established on November 25, 2015 and be put into production in February 2018.

Shandong Xiantan Penglai Poultry Co., Ltd. was founded on January 30.
Shandong Xiantande Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was founded on April 24, 2018, which began on September 29, 2019 and be officially put into operation in December 2020.The industrial chain of the company extends to the field of waste resource utilization, and develops toward science and technology.

Shandong Xiantanqing Food Co., Ltd. was founded on August 29, 2019, and be put into production on November 16,2021, which marking the company's broiler slaughtering and processing capacity and scale to a new level.
Shandong Xiantan Zhucheng Food Co., Ltd. was founded on September 9, 2019, and the slaughtering plant of the first phase was officially put into operation on March 10, 2021,which created a rural revitalization model of Qilu and made the company to achieve the second take-off.

On July 6, 2020, Xiantan Vocational Skills Training School Co., Ltd. was established in Muping District, Yantai City, marking the official start of the integrated development mode of industry, education and research.
